Delete your Art Soko account
You can delete your account at any time. Every request is reviewed by the Art Soko team, and your account is deleted within 72 hours.
In the app (quickest)
- Open the Art Soko app and sign in.
- Buyers: tap Account. Artists: tap Studio.
- Tap your profile, then the Settings button at the top.
- Tap Delete account.
- Choose a reason and tap Request account deletion.
Signed in on the website? Menu → Settings → Delete account opens this screen in the app on your phone.
You can cancel the request from the same screen until your account is deleted. Just need a break? Choose Pause my account there instead: nothing is deleted, and you can come back by signing in.
By email
If you can't use the app, email us from the address you signed up with. Tell us your name and that you want your account deleted.

What is deleted
- Your login (email address and password).
- Your profile: name, username, profile photo and bio.
- Your artwork listings and their photos.
- Your notifications and the list of people you blocked.
- Your chats and orders disappear from your side.
What is kept
- The people you chatted or traded with keep their own copy of those conversations and order requests. Your name and photo are replaced with "Deleted user", and they can no longer message you.
- A short record that the request was completed: your name, the reason you gave and the date, without your email address.
- Reports and moderation records for up to 2 years, so safety decisions can be checked.
- Backups, which are removed automatically within 90 days.
